Who is Aïsha?
Aïsha Tamisha Jolicoeur started by taking improvisation classes as soon as she entered elementary school. She then went to high school in a drama concentration and pursued in College in a theater program. In 2019, the short film Delphine by Chloe Robichaud, in which Aïsha interprets the antagonist, is nominated for an Orizzonti Award and wins a Short Cuts Award. The following year, she participates in a handful of film festivals for the nomination of Mitochondrial.
Aïsha's latest appearance is in the award winning short comedy All Strings Attached by Josiane Blanc, in which she holds the lead part. She's also announced to star in the anthology series Souls directed by Trey Martis as well as to be a recurring character in Hotel Beyrouth, a comedic series by Ania Jamila and distributed by TFO; both set to be released in 2024.
